Assists managers in difficult situations, develops better methods, and increases the overall maturity of the company. With good methods and documentation, managerial’ brain efficiency can be freed up to focus more on future challenges.

My Journey
I had the opportunity to mentor at a young age . It appealed to me and I discovered that it offers a significant advantage.My first mentoring was to help the top management of a major publishing company prepare for digital transformation and new management challenges.
Twenty years later, while working in an international role for a major corporation, I began my own mentoring program. In Finland, a company specializing in mentoring was established, which sparked my interest even more.
Nokia granted me permission to do so, and I was able to test my lessons with some excellent leaders. The outcomes were excellent, the clients were overjoyed, and I thoroughly enjoyed the mentoring sessions.
We worked together under the same roof, I became the leader of the team of development managers, and we also developed methods and sparred.
